I curated and designed a booklet for my MA music Professor’s memorial – It’s a Caspar Thing. For the design, I took inspiration from of the aesthetic of his book It’s a London Thing.
The memorial booklet was a 40 page booklet intended as a keepsake from the event. It included a schedule of afternoon, an overview of his career, obituaries, tributes, and some excerpts from his writing and links to various media he had produced.
To make feel special and durable I used a thick uncoated stock, 250gsm, for the cover and heavy weight 150 gsm uncoated stock for the inner pages.
