I designed the wedding branding for this travel-loving couple. The brief was to create a design around the theme of ‘Adventure Awaits’. I sourced and manipulated an old map of the place in the Netherlands (where they are from and where the wedding is taking place) to create these designs and commissioned a calligrapher, Ursula Raasted, to create the handwritten text.
These Save the Dates were printed in the format of A6 postcards. I created a digital/email version of them for sharing as well.
We splashed out on these beautiful invites with rose gold metallic foiling, velvet coating and rounded corners. They felt so good to touch. There were two versions with separate details for the guests and I provided a digital/email version as well.
We printed front covers for the A4 ceremony booklet and an A5 menu card. We used heavy stock Tintoretto Gesso paper to give them a textured handmade feel.
I designed and hand drew these Moleskines as gifts for the bridal party.
I built the website with WordPress using the Jupiter theme. I made sure that the aesthetic aligned with the rest of the branding and set up a custom workflow for dealing with the registry that suited the couple.
