Akshara // Brand Identity

Akshara is an Non-Governmental Educational Organisation based in rural Pune, India. They work towards empowering rural young people through providing supplementary and alternative education. They were founded by the Mahindra United World College of India in 2005 and support children in the villages of the Mulshi Valley.

Shown here is a branding and marketing package I designed for them which included:

• a logo (in use on their website)
• a letterhead
• business cards
• a brochure
• a template for a newsletter
• a template for an annual report (which I myself used in 2012 & 2013 – live here)

They decided to print many of their materials in black and white to save on printing costs.
